If you need to obtain chat history, please follow the steps below to obtain it:
- Find and click the
in the support chat window's bottom right corner. From the options, select "Email transcript."
- A window will appear; input your email address and click the "Send" button.
- You'll receive a notification, and the chat transcript will be sent to your email after your support chat concludes.
That's it! You'll have a record of your chat conversation for future reference. Below is the example image for the chat transcript.
